Terms & conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026.
These terms govern Browxai Cloud, its hosted relay, workspace portal, API, and local connector software. They are between you and Kalebtec Studio S.C., CIF J26989384, Avenida do Alcalde Portanet 20, 4º J, 36210 Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain. Contact: hello@kalebtec.com, telephone +34 686 130 103.
1. Your agreement and account
You accept these terms when you request and use access to the service. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Consumer rights apply whenever you use the service as a consumer, regardless of any narrower wording here.
Keep your account details accurate. Protect your passkeys, sign-in links, pairing credentials, and connector tokens. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or token has been compromised. You control who joins your workspace and which clients can reach your computers.
The privacy policy explains our handling of personal data. The software license governs the local connector. The data processing agreement applies when we process personal data on your behalf.
2. What Browxai Cloud provides
Browxai Cloud connects a supported AI client to browxai running on hardware you control. We provide a public HTTPS endpoint and forward requests and results between the client and your paired host. We do not provide a hosted browser.
Your computer must be running and connected for browser operations to work. Client compatibility depends on that client's MCP implementation and configuration. An available connector type does not imply endorsement, marketplace listing, or support for every feature of that client.
The relay processes traffic in memory to forward it. It stores and logs connection metadata, never browser content, tool arguments, tool results, screenshots, or page text. Transport encryption protects each network connection; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption against the relay. Your chosen AI client receives the results and handles them under its own terms.
3. Plans, prices and payment
The Developer plan is free. Starter, Pro and Scale are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as you choose when you order. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The VAT inside that price is worked out from your billing country; the total you pay stays the price shown. The current plans, prices and limits are on the pricing page. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing.
Before you pay, the order page shows the plan, the total price including VAT, the billing period, how the plan renews and how to cancel. You order with the "Pay and subscribe" button, and payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe. We send a confirmation by email.
Renewal. A monthly plan renews each month and a yearly plan renews each year, at the price then in force for your plan, until cancelled. For a yearly plan we email you a reminder between one and three months before it renews, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel from the billing page ("Cancel subscription") or, without signing in, through "Cancel contracts here". A cancelled plan stays paid and usable until the end of the current month or year, and is not refunded for the rest of that period, except as follows:
- If you are a consumer habitually resident in Germany, after the first year of a yearly plan you may cancel at any time with one month's notice, and we refund the unused part of the year pro rata by days.
- If you are a consumer habitually resident in France and we did not send the renewal reminder in time, you may end a renewed yearly plan at any time, and we refund the unused part pro rata by days.
- Any wider right your consumer law gives you still applies.
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Usage limits. Each plan includes a monthly amount of relay traffic. By default, requests stop at that limit. Paid overage applies only if you switch it on, at the rate shown for your plan, and you can set a monthly spend ceiling. We never charge overage you did not switch on. You remain responsible for fees charged by your AI platform, internet provider, or other services you choose.
4. Browser access and acceptable use
A connected AI client can act through your browser's existing sessions. Use only computers, accounts, and data you are authorised to control. Review the local browxai permissions and confirmation settings before granting access. You remain responsible for instructions you give your agents and actions they perform on your behalf.
You must not use the service to:
- Access another person's account or system without permission.
- Commit fraud, steal credentials, distribute malware, or send unlawful spam.
- Collect or disclose data unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
- Bypass access controls or technical protections unlawfully.
- Attack the service, another workspace, or an infrastructure provider.
- Evade usage limits or resell access without our written agreement.
Comply with applicable law and the terms of connected platforms and websites. Report suspected security issues to hello@kalebtec.com. Do not include credentials or browser content in a report.
4a. Export and sanctions
In this clause, "applicable sanctions and export controls" means the restrictive measures and export controls of the European Union and Spain, and any other country's measures that apply to the transaction under that country's law, except where complying with them would itself breach applicable EU law.
You must not access, download, supply, or use the service where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions and export controls. This covers prohibited destinations, and persons or entities subject to applicable restrictions, and entities they own or control where those restrictions extend to them. It includes pairing a computer located in a prohibited destination, and letting a workspace member or connected client use the service from one. Do not use intermediaries or false location or account details to evade these restrictions.
You confirm that the country you give us for your account, and for each computer you pair, is accurate. Tell us promptly if it changes. We rely on that declaration to decide where the service can be provided.
You must not use the service for military, intelligence, or repression purposes, or in connection with chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or their delivery systems. You are responsible for complying with local export and re-export requirements applicable to your use or onward supply.
We may refuse, suspend, or end a transaction or account when applicable sanctions and export controls require it, and may ask for information reasonably necessary to resolve a possible match against a sanctions list. We do not routinely ask for identity documents. Where the law requires us to freeze funds or other assets, we cannot refund or release them without the authorisation of the competent authority. Nothing in this clause requires compliance with foreign measures where that compliance would itself breach applicable EU law.
5. Ownership
You keep your rights in your data. You give us the permission needed to transmit the traffic you instruct us to relay and process the metadata needed to operate the service. This does not grant us a right to sell browser content or use it to train models.
Kalebtec retains its rights in the service, its software, documentation, and branding. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.
6. Availability and support
The service may be interrupted or changed. We promise no uptime percentage, support response time, or external security certification. Contact support at hello@kalebtec.com.
Keep your own copies of important information. Browxai Cloud is not a browser-content backup service. We do not control the availability of your computer, your network, the websites you visit, or your AI provider. Nothing in this section removes a statutory warranty or remedy.
7. Ending or suspending access
You may stop using the service, revoke connectors, and disconnect hosts at any time. Ask us by email to close your account or exercise data rights. The privacy policy explains retention and your data rights.
We may suspend access when needed to address a security incident, unlawful use, a material breach, or a legal obligation. We will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it where practicable and lawful. Urgent security action may come first.
We may stop offering the service on at least 30 days' notice. Any prepaid period we end without your breach is refunded pro rata, subject to any greater statutory rights.
8. Consumer rights and complaints
Mandatory Spanish and EU consumer protections apply, and so do the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence.
Right of withdrawal. If you buy a paid plan as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason. The contract is concluded when your payment is completed. If you asked us, on the order page, to start the service before the 14 days end, you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided up to your withdrawal, calculated on the price of the period you ordered. Business accounts have no right of withdrawal.
To withdraw, use "Withdraw from contract here" on your billing page and confirm, or send us a clear statement by email or post. You may use the model withdrawal form, which is on the order page and in your order confirmation, but you don't have to. We acknowledge a withdrawal by email with its date and time, and refund any amount due within 14 days of receiving it, using the original payment method.
You may submit a complaint by email, post, or the phone number above. Statutory complaint-handling deadlines apply. You may also use the competent consumer authority or court. We do not require private arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim.
9. Liability
Each party is responsible for its breach under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability the law does not permit us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain intact.
For business customers only, and to the extent lawful, our aggregate liability for ordinary contractual breaches is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. That limit does not apply to the excluded categories above. We do not impose that contractual cap on consumers.
10. Changes and governing law
We will update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated before they take effect, normally at least 30 days in advance. Security or legal requirements may require a shorter period, which we will explain. You may stop using the service before a change applies.
Spanish law governs. Mandatory protections of a consumer's country of habitual residence remain applicable. Disputes go to the courts competent under applicable law; consumers retain their statutory choice of forum. These standard terms do not impose an exclusive Vigo forum.
This version is in English. We do not claim a Spanish version prevails unless one is actually supplied and agreed.
