Service providers

Kalebtec Studio S.C. uses service providers to operate Browxai Cloud. This page describes the categories of recipients of personal data. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

| Professional advisers and competent authorities, where necessary | Meet legal obligations and handle legal claims |
Kalebtec also processes beta enquiries to respond to access requests. The privacy policy explains purposes, legal bases, retention, rights, and international transfers.
Information for business customers
Customers whose data we process on their behalf receive the current subprocessor list, including identities, functions, processing locations, and applicable transfer safeguards, before authorising that processing under the data processing agreement. Request this information at hello@kalebtec.com.
The public categories above do not replace that list or a customer's required authorisation. The DPA governs advance notice of changes and the right to object.
Your chosen platforms
Your chosen AI provider receives requested tool results under its own terms and privacy policy. Websites you visit also have their own responsibilities. They do not become our subprocessors merely because you connect to them through Browxai Cloud.
